Daily confirmed cases from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in Greece are now in the four-digit territory on a daily basis, with the death toll approaching 2000. The pandemic is ongoing at full speed. It is therefore of the utmost importance to take all appropriate measures, as individuals and as a society, in accordance with the instructions of the scientific community and health authorities.

Koskinidis Packaging fully understands our responsibility to protect public health and has therefore taken a series of additional measures to safeguard the health of our employees and associates, to help reduce the spread of the virus, and to ensure uninterrupted production. Specifically:

• As of November 14 and for the next three months additional disinfection will take place at the main facilities in Tavros every Saturday and Sunday.
• The company has provided all employees with two fabric reusable face masks. It is mandatory for everyone to wear their face mask at all times and in all common areas of the company.
• Disposable masks are available in all offices and production areas for employees who forget their reusable face mask at home, as well as at the main entrance of the facilities, with visitors required to wear one before entering.
• Koskinidis Packaging carries out COVID-19 molecular testing for all employees on a regular basis. On November 20 all employees were tested for the third time since August. Samples were collected at the company’s facilities in Tavros and Moschato by specialized medical personnel. Fortunately, everyone tested negative once again.
